alexander mcqueen is dead

Alexander McQueen = British fashion designer known for producing some of the most controversial collections of the last two decades, was found dead Thursday morning at his apartment in London. He hung himself. He was 40.


From Lady Gaga's Bad Romance video and those crazy alien shoes to his 1995 show "Highland Rape" that referenced England pillaging Scotland to clothes inspired by chess.... clothes inspired by Darwin.... clothes made with animal bones.... and clothes made for the masses (Target) he is for sure an epic fashion designer and icon that the world will truly miss.
